A deposits of 50% of the full rate is required to secure a reservation.
Final balance is due 60 days before travel. Failure to make full payment will result in cancelation by Caribbean kite Cruise.
Payments can be made by bank transfer. All bank charges are the responsibility of the remitter. Payments by credit card incur a 3% surcharge.
Fuel surcharges will be levied for charters travelling to any other destination other than those listed in the website
Cancellation & Refund
Deposits will be refunded for cancellations made by clients up to 3 months before departure date. A 10% admin charge (of total rate) will be deducted.
Should a trip be cancelled for any reason by Caribbean Kite Cruise and no alternative trip is available, clients will receive a full refund.
No refund of deposit will be given for cancellations made less than 90 days prior to departure date – with the exception of COVID travel restrictions.
Any trips cancelled due to COVID travel restrictions will be rescheduled free of charge. In the event that rescheduling is not possible clients are eligable to receive a 75% refund of the full rate.
Important Notes
All guests are responsible to organise appropriate visas. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the time travel.
All guests are required to have travel insurance which covers kitesurfing, snorkeling and sailing.
Kite Surfari
Caribbean Kite Cruise is a brand of Kite Surfari. Legal correspondence and payments will be on the behalf of Kite Surfari Ltd.
